I have scanned it several times but no problem has ever been found. It's health is at 97% according to the ARC SSD GURU software which monitors the ssd. I have an OCZ ARC 100 SSD which I installed I believe almost a year ago.

And even though now that I have cleaned installed Windows 10 again, I just received another after a day saying "scan drive for errors" notications with a red X beside it. However, a couple days ago my windows 10 became corrupt (it wouldnt let me sign in, reset my pc, and eventually told me my pc needs to be repaired and told me to boot via usb) and I had to do a complete installation of Windows 10 via usb. I scanned it many times but no problem ever came up and it told me my drive is healthy. I've been recently getting "scan drive for errors" notifications for the past few months.
